Fall 2008 Schedule
- August 29: Adventures in Mothering: We will launch this MOPS semester through short introduction from our co-cordinators, Karen Cutchins and Lesley Austin, on of our mentors, Connie Shannon and the pastor of Ooltewah Baptist Church, Tony DeYoung. Join us afterwards fro a short kick-off carnival for the kids.
- September 12: Relationship Adventure: Kim Gaines will speak on building relationships with our children.
- September 26: Preparing for Adventure: State Farm's Wade Dyar will discuss insurance terminology. Are you covered? Are you prepared?
- October 10: Wellness Adventure: Lori Bilbrey, owner of Moon Haven Yoga Studio, will discuss wellness, finding peace, as well as Mommy & Me Yoga.
- October 24: Prepective Adventure: Women's Devotion in the OBC Sanctuary
- November 7: Hope Adventure: Discussion of marriage and relationships
- November 21: Gift Giving Adventure: For our annual Hodge Podge, we'll make crafts with a gift giving theme.
- December 5th: Eternal Adventure: Tea and Testimony with a special guest.
*All meetings begin at 9:00 AM in the Ooltewah Baptist Church Gymnasium. |
